Terms of service

These terms apply when you use YourAdTool (“we”, “the service”) at youradtool.com. By signing in you agree to them. If you use YourAdTool for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

The service

YourAdTool helps you plan, write, approve and measure marketing: product profiles, AI-written drafts, a thread finder, campaigns, a calendar, team approvals and tracked links. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

Your account

• You sign in with a Whop account and must be at least 18.
• You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what people you invite do there.
• Keep access to your Whop account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Trial, billing and cancelling

• New workspaces start with a free 7-day trial. After it, the plan is $19 a month unless a different price was shown when you subscribed.
• Payments are taken and managed by Whop, under Whop's own terms. Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your Whop account. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. Founding subscribers keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed.

Refunds

Because the trial lets you try everything first, payments aren't normally refunded, and we don't refund part-used months. If you were charged by mistake, or the service didn't work for you because of a problem on our side, email support@youradtool.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll put it right, including a refund where that's fair. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.

AI allowance

Each workspace gets a monthly allowance of built-in AI, included in the price. When it's used up, AI writing pauses until the next month; everything else keeps working. The allowance is for your own marketing work, not for reselling AI access.

Your content

• What you put into YourAdTool, and the drafts written for you, belong to you. We only use your content to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
• AI writing can be wrong. Check drafts before you publish them; you're responsible for what you post and for following the rules of each platform you post on.
• You must have the right to upload what you upload.

Acceptable use

Don't use YourAdTool to:

• spam, mislead, or break the rules of the sites and communities you post in;
• make false claims, such as guaranteed income, health cures or fake reviews;
• promote anything illegal, or harass or harm anyone;
• break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, or access other people's workspaces.

We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

Availability and liability

We work to keep YourAdTool running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free, or that your marketing will get particular results. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using YourAdTool and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, and you'll be able to download your data first.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email before significant changes apply.
